• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Experience and qualification in cleaning & maintenance (advantageous)
• Must have own vehicle 🚗

• 6 months – 1 year experience in basic maintenance & general facilities
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Management experience in cleaning & facilities
• Relevant experience in an educational environment
• Clear criminal record

🏗 Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise & support a team of general workers to ensure high cleaning standards
✔ Prepare & manage staff rotas, including scheduling, holidays & sick leave
✔ Ensure clear communication of tasks to the team
✔ Conduct inspections to maintain cleaning & maintenance standards
✔ Monitor cleaning equipment & supplies usage
✔ Ensure health & safety compliance, including use of PPE
