A tragic event unfolded on Monday afternoon in Namibia Square, Bloemfontein, where a 28-year-old woman was killed by four pitbulls. The vicious assault left the victim with severe lower body injuries, resulting in her death.

Emergency Health Services workers arrived on the scene and pronounced the woman deceased. Police discovered her lifeless body upon arrival.

In a heartbreaking turn of events, the local SPCA managed to rescue the fourth dog and its puppies, while the police were forced to put down three of the canines involved in the attack. This incident has deeply shocked the community, prompting calls for dog owners to take greater responsibility and be more mindful of their pets.
