Responsibilities
Under the supervision of C/ISPC, the intern will:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dedicated implementation support platform (MS SharePoint);
• Contribute to the development of information and recommendations to project plans, peer review reports, and the preparation and completion of project documents;
• Contribute to the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators for implementation support activities;

Education
At the time of application, applicants are required to have enrolled at least in the first year of studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a degree (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent) in aviation, law, science, engineering, diplomacy, or a related field.
Work Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Practical experience in using collaborative documentation processing tools or work management platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of ICAO and its mandate, the aviation sector, or the United Nations system, is desirable.
• Practical experience in data processing, programming and web design is desirable.
Languages
Essential:
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English
Desirable:
A working knowledge of a second language of the Organization (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).
