✅ Minimum Requirements

🔹 Qualification: NQF Level 6 in Law, Public Management, Public Administration, Policing, Criminology, Forensics, or Criminal Justice
🔹 Experience: At least 2 years in a law enforcement environment
🔹 Knowledge: Immigration Act, Refugees Act, Criminal Procedure Act & international treaties
🔹 License: Valid Code C1 or Code C driver’s license + Public Driver Permit (PDP)
🔹 Other: Willingness to travel & work extended hours

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Enforce immigration laws by tracing, arresting, and detaining illegal foreigners
✅ Investigate human trafficking, smuggling, and fraudulent documents
✅ Participate in legal proceedings & court cases
✅ Manage deportation processes and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
