The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) is excited announce a unique training opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the United Nations. The 5-day field visit to The Hague, Netherlands, in June 2023, will give participants direct access to the UN, along with insights into UN career paths and networking opportunities. The visit includes activities with other Hague-based international organizations, such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Criminal Court (ICC), and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

The program offers training opportunity that includes expert lectures, training workshops, court room hearings, guided tours through UN premises, and dedicated career development sessions where participants can have their CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviewed. The field visit is available from 26 – 30 June 2023, and a maximum of 30 participants will be accepted per edition. All participants are welcome to register, and spots will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
