Job Opportunity Overview: Sibanye Stillwater Mining is offering an exciting opportunity for young individuals to join the Youth Employment Service Programme (YES). This programme is designed to provide young, unemployed South Africans with valuable work experience while earning a monthly stipend of up to R6,500.

What the Programme Offers:

The YES Programme is a key initiative by Sibanye Stillwater to foster gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In addition to the YES programme, Sibanye Stillwater offers the Learnership Programme and the Youth Entrepreneur Development Program to empower young individuals with skills and opportunities in the workforce.

• Learnership Programme: Gain practical experience while working at Sibanye Stillwater.
• Youth Entrepreneur Development Programme: A 12-month programme for young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35, providing mentorship and resources to grow their businesses.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Must have a Matric qualification.
• Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of application.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to work hard.
