📌 Job Responsibilities
As a Clerical Administrator, you will assist in key electoral projects, including:
🗳 Voter Registration & Roll Maintenance
- Help manage and maintain the Voters’ Roll to ensure accuracy.
🏛 Party Registration Support
- Assist in processing political party registrations and documentation.
📋 Electoral Process Administration
- Provide administrative support during electoral preparations.
📂 Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Ensure accurate data capturing and document management.
📞 Liaison & Communication
- Work closely with election officials and stakeholders.
📑 General Office Administration
- Assist with daily clerical duties related to electoral operations.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To qualify for this Clerical Administrator role, candidates must:
