Task Description:
The consultant will lead the final evaluation of the HiFi program, focusing on innovation in financial inclusion. Responsibilities of the Program Evaluation Lead include reviewing and analyzing project documents, conducting stakeholder interviews, and desk research for all projects and activities implemented by the World Bank Group during nearly 10 years.
